MCQST is organized to ensure transparent decision-making and broad participation across all career levels. The cluster consists of core and associated members, all of whom have access to MCQST support programs.
All decisions within MCQST are made by the Executive Committee, composed of researchers from all career stages. The EC is supported by an Advisory Board and by the MCQST Office, which handles administrative and organizational tasks.
The General Assembly (GA) comprises all MCQST members. Core members (elected every 3.5 years) hold voting rights and elect the Executive Committee (EC), which serves as the cluster’s central decision-making body. The GA meets annually to receive reports on MCQST activities and every two years to elect the cluster’s spokespersons and the EC.
