Future Quantum Leaders for Diversity
The Diversity in Leadership Program (DiL) is specially designed for emerging leaders in Quantum Science and Technology, who seek to build inclusive and equitable leadership practices.
Through a series of workshops and webinars, the program encourages reflection, dialogue, and skill development to help participants cultivate awareness and lead with empathy and integrity. Combining theory with practical guidance, DiL provides tools to create healthy, collaborative, and welcoming work environments.
Participants explore topics such as active bystander training, teamwork in diverse settings, inclusive leadership, conflict management, gender equity, and other dimensions of diversity. By fostering critical thinking and providing practical strategies, the program inspires future leaders to shape equity and inclusion within their fields.
