OnlineConflict Management: Handling differences and tensions constructively
In daily interactions, we constantly encounter differences in perspectives, goals, approaches, and collaboration styles. While these differences can be productive, they also often lead to misunderstandings, tension, and conflicts, which drain our energy and strain team dynamics. Left unaddressed, these conflicts can hinder constructive cooperation. This workshop equips participants with essential skills to address conflicts openly and constructively. You'll learn to initiate clarifying conversations, express your needs clearly and respectfully, and listen attentively—even on challenging topics.
