MCQST 2024 - Registration
Please note that conference talks will not be live-streamed. However, we will record all talks (with the consent of our speakers) and make them available on our YouTube channel shortly after the event. You can browse through our video gallery for talks from previous editions and other scientific and popular content.

Venue
MCQST 2024 takes place at the AllgäuSternHotel in Sonthofen, approximately 2 hours outside of Munich by train or car. A block of rooms was reserved for MCQST2024 until 15.04.2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee availability. If needed, you are welcome to look for alternative accommodation in the area.
Fees
Attendance for all MCQST & IMPRS-QST members is covered by MCQST. We welcome external guests, however they will need to cover the accommodation & catering costs themselves directly at the conference venue. For further details, visit the fees page.
Code of Conduct
By participating and attending MCQST2024, in line with our Guidelines, we expect you to:
- Treat everyone with respect, fairly, and use this event for expanding your knowledge and gaining insight into other research projects.
- Uphold a constructive and inspiring atmosphere by showing patience, respect, and benevolence towards all participants.
- Mind good ethical practices when it comes to copyright and intellectual property.
We want you to be happy at our event! If someone makes you or anyone else feel unwelcome or unsafe, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our event for everyone.
Any report will be handled by the Organizing Committee and MCQST Equal Opportunity Managers. When taking a personal report, we will ensure confidentiality and your safety, and will respect your wishes on how to proceed.
